DB Schenker E-Services

On-line applications E-Services from DB Schenker support and facilitate your transport administration both before, during and after the transport order.

Applications without registration enable basic administration of your consigments.

In the summary application mySCHENKERLand you will find your favourite advanced applications Advanced Tracking, Advanced Tracking KPI, Invoice Reporting and Scheduling. These tools will provide you with detailed information about your consignments in the European Land Transport, invoices, timetables and will enable data export to MS Excel. To log in the application, use your existing access data. If you previously did not use these services and not have access data, please contact our sales representative or customers center.

Description of  each application of E-Services:

• Scheduling

Scheduling is a service, by means of which you may find out, how long time will take the transport of your consignment from loading till unloading. 

• Tracking

Tracking is a service, by means of which you may monitor your land transport consignments and also air and ocean consignments from booking till delivery.

• Advanced Tracking 

Advanced Tracking is a service, by means of which you may monitor the status of your land transport consignments in a comprehensive chart, and, filter them by date or country, from/to which they have been sent etc. Advanced tracking also enables to display an electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) of delivered consignments.

• Advanced Tracking KPI

Advanced Tracking - KPI is a service, by means of which you may monitor statistics of delivery performance of your land transport consignments, including eventual delay times and their reasons. At the same time, you may get more detailed information about consignments, including views of electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD). This application represents a suitable supplement to Advanced Tracking service. 

• Invoice Reporting

Invoice Reporting shows invoice and shipment details for selected invoice date period or by invoice number. Where applicable, the electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) is available as well. 

• Air Volume Weight Calculator

Air Volume Weight Calculator is a service, by means of which you may, on the basis of your air consignment size, calculate its volume weight. Air freight rates are based on this volume weight.
